Sacred Listening & Sharing
Coaching Practice
A huge part of coaching is listening carefully in order to understand what people are really saying. Most people do not have the opportunity to truly open up & share their experiences, so they don’t feel heard or seen. This is why people go to coaches, therapists, counselors, etc – to reveal what they’re experiencing in life and to feel safely held and supported.
This practice coaching gives you the chance to participate in sharing and listening. You can do both. Honestly, if this is all you did, you’d have many very happy clients who are delighted to find someone – at last – who ‘gets them’ and listens to them.
Discover how to practice sacred listening and sharing. You can practice this with other students and with your friends and family.
